Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified.
Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses. We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.
We are happy to ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of the U.S.A., please visit the authorized Zippo retailer in your country.
Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.
There are several products like: fuel, lighter fluid, Classic and Slim lighter gift sets, and honing oils that must ship standard ground due to carrier restrictions. If you order other products within an order that includes one of these products, expedited shipping is not a valid option for shipping.
After credit card verification, your order will be shipped from Bradford, Pennsylvania within 5 to 7 business days. Orders that include customized product will ship in 10 to 15 business days. You can check on current order status by logging into your account.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We are closed major holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Need your order right away? Expedited shipping options are available for most products (hazardous products are not eligible). Completed orders received prior to 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed by the next business day.
Customized products will ship within 10-15 days. You can expedite the shipment of a customized lighter, however this DOES NOT expedite production of the lighter. Your customized product and any other product in your order will ship via your choose method after the required 10-15 business day production period. Your choice of shipping method will determine the number of days it will take to be delivered to you once your order ships. (Please note that if your custom order includes items that have shipping restrictions you will not be able to expedite your order.)
eGift Cards will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. If your eGift Card order DOES NOT include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process normally and you will receive your eGift Card to your email address. If your eGift Card order DOES include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process and your eGift Card will be emailed once your whole order ships. Please note that if your order includes a customized product, shipment of the entire order, included the eGift Card, will take up to 15 days. (Please note if you wish to receive your eGift Card as quickly as possible it is best to purchase eGift Cards and other merchandise separately.)
