    HELP DESK ANALYST

    Zippo Manufacturing Company is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time salaried opportunity as an Help Desk Analyst.

    The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting Information Technology (I.T.) users by processing user requests in a timely manner including, user instruction, correcting hardware, software, and security issues.

    Primary Duties:

    • Complete Helpdesk requests in a prioritized manner

    • Document status and appropriate notes in the help desk support system for future reference
    • Confer with users and I.T. personnel to develop new approaches or alternatives to ensure that user assistance is being provided effectively and efficiently

    The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing business processes and transactions to assure all financial matters: statements, reports, and transactions are properly stated and submitted in a timely manner to business management

    Daily Responsibilities can include:

    • Financial reporting – monthly financial statement creation, independently create consolidated and individual subsidiary financial statements and supporting reports. Share in monthly financial statement review and analysis. Directly responsible for Mfg/SG&A analysis and reporting. Assist with subsidiary financial narratives. Maintain assigned general ledger account reconciliations.

    • Assist with external Audit coordination – inventory and cost information. Assist with coordinating and maintaining audit schedules.
    • Activity Based Cost/Management – member of ABC/M team, focusing on SG&A Costs. Responsible for maintaining associated ABC models and ensuring timely completion of related ABC/M profitability reports and analysis.
    • Capital Asset expenditure ROI analysis, tracking and calculation of depreciation/amortization.
    • Gainshare monthly and weekly calculations.

    Primary Duties:

    • Assist Senior Brand Manager in execution of marketing plans.

    *Candidate is preferably already located in Bradford, PA

    The Senior eCommerce Manager is responsible for growing Zippo’s ecommerce business, with a particular focus on Amazon, by driving conversions, traffic, and marketing program to reach Zippo’s sales objectives. This role will be responsible for accelerating Amazon growth globally by leading sales initiatives to meet revenue goals, ensuring products are launched on-time, and maintaining products and brand presence as well as for collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to meet business objectives.

    Primary Duties:

    • Manage operations of Amazon accounts (Vendor Central and Seller Central) domestically and select international regions. Maintain product data and brand integrity throughout entire Amazon catalog.

    • Create, manage, and implement plans to increase sales across Amazon and other marketplace platforms, in and outside of the USA
    • Lead a lean team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop, optimize and implement ecommerce solutions.
    • Maintain and monitor Amazon account health to achieve high seller rankings in addition to inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment.
    • Optimize product detail pages for maximum conversion with a focus on SEO (images, copy, titles, keywords, A+ content)

The Web Developer will develop and implement UI/UX projects within existing frameworks, work with backend development teams to integrate and maintain web functionality, support websites on multiple platforms, manage day-to-day web functions, and develop and improve custom applications.
