eGift Card Orders
Redeeming a Zippo eGift Card or Zippo eCode
If you have received a Zippo eGift Card or Zippo eCode, you may use it to pay for all or part of your Zippo.com order.
To apply your eGift Card or eCode as payment for your order, enter the eGift Card or eCode number in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field above the totals on the right side of the page during checkout.
If the balance of the eGift Card or eCode does not cover the entire cost of your order, you will also need to enter credit card information to complete your purchase. Your credit card will only be charged for the remaining balance of the order.
Zippo eGift Cards are valid only on Zippo.com and are not accepted at retailers.
Note: if your eGift Card or eCode includes a pin, do not enter the pin at checkout. We no longer require pin numbers.
Ordering an eGift Card
eGift Cards will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. If your eGift Card order DOES NOT include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process normally and you will receive your eGift Card to your email address. If your eGift Card order DOES include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process and your eGift Card will be emailed once your whole order ships. Please note that if your order includes a customized product, shipment of the entire order, included the eGift Card, will take up to 5 days. (Please note if you wish to receive your eGift Card as quickly as possible it is best to purchase eGift Cards and other merchandise separately.)
