90th Anniversary

Zippo Manufacturing Company, home of the iconic windproof lighter and a growing assortment of lifestyle and outdoor products, invites its fans, customers and community members to join in the company’s 90th Anniversary festivities at the Zippo/Case Museum and Flagship Store, located at 1932 Zippo Dr., Bradford, PA, on Saturday, June 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Among other attractions, the event will feature live music from Jim Ronan and Dana Jared and Dan Roche Acoustic, a silent auction hosted by the Kids and Cancer Benefit Run, local food trucks, balloon and caricature artists, a Collectors’ swap and lighter show, spin-the-wheel giveaways, meet-and-greets with Zippo executives and a pop-up Zippo repair clinic. Classic cars, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, the Zippo Car and the Zippo Jeep will all be on display. Bradford Brew Station will be on-site with two beers brewed specially for the occasion, as will the Kane, PA-based Logyard Brewing Company, whose limited-edition lager comes in commemorative cans and packaging designed by Zippo artists.
“We’re thrilled to welcome our friends and neighbors to celebrate Zippo’s 90th anniversary with a whole day of programming,” said Kyle Kleiderlein, Zippo/Case Museum and Flagship Store manager. “From entertainment to giveaways to photo ops, this family-friendly event is a way for us to say ‘thank you’ to our community while celebrating an incredible milestone.”
In addition to Zippo’s 90th anniversary, the event will also mark the 25th anniversary of the Zippo/Case Museum and Flagship Store. Exclusive anniversary editions and gift sets will be available for purchase in addition to Zippo’s 2022 Collectible of the Year and commemorative lighter models. Finally, Zippo will reveal plans and renderings for the total renovation of its museum and retail store, which is slated to be completed in 2023.
