Leaf Lighters
The leaf design lighters are created using Zippo's various imprint methods; color image, laser engrave, auto engrave, deep carve and stamping. These unique designs have been placed on several differed lighter cases such as; green matte, moss green matte, cream matte, black matte, neon yellow matte, brushed chrome, street chrome, spectrum, and black ice.
All Zippo windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory.
Imprint Methods:
Fusion
Zippo's fusion process uses pre-determined color palettes combined with pre-determined chrome breaks to create a stainless glass effect. This design is featured on a High Polish Chrome lighter.
Brite Cut
Brite Cut engraving produces dazzling high and low facets, creating a 3D look of any design. This process is limited to Armor cases only.
Color Image
State-of-the-art printing methods allow Zippo to imprint multiple spot colors or full-color photogenic representations.
Laser Engrave
Laser engraving is computer programmed to generate an accurate replication of an imprint.
Auto Engrave
Auto engrave is performed by skilled artisans to inscribe an image into the product using directional fill patterns.
Stamping
During stamping large images are embossed into any Zippo lighter case. This creates a 3D effect on the lighter once its finished.

Case
Standard case shape featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. A five-barrel hinge joins the top and the bottom.
Choose your Insert
All of the lighters in this collection come with the option of a regular insert or a pipe insert.
The Regular Insert is a standard insert with 16 holes in the chimney (8 per side).
The Pipe Insert's ingenious design encases the flame in metal, allowing it to be drawn directly into the pipe without bending over the side and damaging the bowl.
Bottom Stamp
Bottom stamp with Zippo logo from the period authenticates this lighter as genuine Zippo.
Packaging
Unless otherwise stated, every Zippo windproof lighter is packaged in the 'one box'. The patented 'one box' is attractive, easy to handle, and designed to display more of the lighter than ever.
