Before sending your Zippo Rugged Lantern™ for repair, check the instructions and warranty information by clicking above.  If your Rugged Lantern™ still does not function properly and is within the warranty period, please follow the repair steps below.  

*Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself as it could damage the lantern beyond repair.

2. Packing the Rugged Lantern™

We cannot track or prevent damage to multiple items sent for repair. It is recommended to send only one (1) Rugged Lantern™ per package. 

  • Package completed repair form along with your Rugged Lantern™ in a sturdy box.
  • Include a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase with the Rugged Lantern™

3. Send the Rugged Lantern™

Send your package to the Zippo Repair Clinic with a tracking number and insurance
