Zippo Slim® lighters were introduced in 1956, as a product to appeal to consumers looking for a less masculine lighter. Over time Slim® lighters have grown into a product for a range of consumers. The slim, lightweight design makes carrying your Zippo lighter easier. With a less bulky lighter it fits into pockets and bags without fuss. Zippo Slim® lighters are available in several finishes including: matte, brass, chrome and high polish.
All Zippo windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory.

Slim® Matte Lighters
Zippo Slim® Matte lighters are created with a powder coat that is applied electrostatically to the brass case. Matte Lighters are available in 5 colors: black, burgundy, green and grey.
Slim® Brass Lighters
The Brass finish continue to be one of our most popular lighters, with four distinct finishes: High Polish, Brushed, Venetian High Polish, and Tumbled. There is always a new twist to be put on the classic brass finish.
Slim® Chrome Lighters

Slim® Color Lighters
Zippo's Slim® color lighters are available in four finishes; High Polish Black, High Polish Green, High Polish Purple and Multi Color. Slim® color lighters are a perfect way to add a brighter shade to your collection.

Case
The Slim® lighters have a standard case shape featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. A five-barrel hinge joins the top and the bottom.
Insert
Standard insert with 16 holes in the chimney (8 per side).
Bottom Stamp
Bottom stamp with Zippo logo from the period authenticates these lighters as genuine Zippo.
Packaging
Unless otherwise stated, every Zippo windproof lighter is packaged in the patented 'one box'. The 'one box' is attractive, easy to handle, and designed to display more of the lighter than ever.
