Instructions & Warranty

Before sending your Zippo Hand Warmer for repair, check the instructions and warranty information by clicking above.  If your Zippo Hand Warmer still does not function properly and is within the warranty period, please follow the repair steps below.  

*Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself as it could damage the hand warmer beyond repair. 

 


1. Prepare Hand Warmer To Ship

Due to postal and other shipping regulations, allow the fluid to evaporate for two days. 

2. Packing Hand Warmer

We cannot track or prevent damage to multiple items sent for repair. Please send only one (1)  Zippo Hand Warmer per package. 

  • Package completed repair form along with your Zippo Hand Warmer in a sturdy box or padded envelope. 
  • Include a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase with your package. 

3. Send Hand Warmer: 

Send your package to the Zippo Repair Clinic with a tracking number and insurance
