Before sending your Zippo Woodsman for repair, check the instructions and warranty information by clicking above.  If your Zippo Woodsman still does not function properly and is within the warranty period, please follow the repair steps below.

2. Packing The Zippo Woodsman

We cannot track or prevent damage to multiple items sent for repair. It is recommended to send only one (1) Zippo Woodsman per package. 

  • Package completed repair form along with your Zippo Woodsman in a sturdy box.
  • Include a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase with your package.  

3. Send Zippo Woodsman 

Send your package to the Zippo Repair Clinic with a tracking number and insurance
