How do I set the time on my Zippo Watch?


Each Watch has its own set of operating instructions. Refer to the instruction sheet that came with your watch.


How do I open my Zippo Pocket Watch?


The Zippo Pocket Watch has a friction-type hinge that holds the cover in place. To open, locate the bump-out on the cover (found near the chronograph setting buttons) and use it to pull it away from the watch body.


Is there a warranty on my Zippo Watch?


Your Zippo Watch is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two years from date of original retail purchase. The case, movement, hands, dial and the metal bracelet (strap) are covered in the warranty. Your watch will be repaired or replaced, free of charge, at the sole discretion of Zippo, free of repair charges. The warranty does not cover the battery, crystal, non-metal strap or bracelet, incidents of normal wear and tear (including but not limited to scratches or other damage to the finish), incidents of abuse or water damage unless the watch is marked as waterproof and the watch was used as instructed when damage occurred. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which are in addition to, but run concurrently with, any other legal rights you may have. Do I have to send my Zippo Watch to Zippo to have the battery replaced?


No. You may take your watch to a reputable watch repair technician or jeweler to have the battery replaced. Since the batteries are not warranted, having your watch serviced locally minimizes the repair time and risk of loss in transit.
