This is where we repair a host of Zippo products. The world famous Zippo Repair Clinic is on view from inside the Zippo/Case Museum. The clinic viewing hours are Monday through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. (Note the Zippo Repair Clinic is not open on Sundays.)

Our Repair Department performs excellent repairs at no charge. Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself, as it could damage the product beyond repair.

Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself, as it could damage the product beyond repair. Do not attempt to remove the inside assembly. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
