The Zippo Repair Clinic
Welcome to the Zippo Repair Clinic.
In the unlikely event that your Zippo Lighter needs fixed, you can watch the repair technicians repair your treasured lighter in the Repair Clinic at the Zippo/Case Museum in Bradford, Pennsylvania or leave it with the store staff for repair. The Repair Clinic viewing is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Of course, if you can't make the trip to the Zippo/Case Museum, you can always send it to us for repair. See repair instructions prior to sending any product for repair.
