Official Rules OFFICIAL RULES Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Zippo/Hard Rock Park Getaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open and offered only to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, who at the time of entry reside in and are physically located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island and U.S. territories and possessions). No Employees, directors, agents and/or affiliates Hard Rock Park, Zippo, or it's retailers, nor any of their immediate family members (regardless of where they live) and/or household members (whether or not related) are eligible to enter. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (or your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor in your jurisdiction of primary residence, on their and your behalf) agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Zippo is the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes (the "Sponsor"). Entry: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (EasternTime) on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, April 30 2008. Sweepstakes can be entered by visiting website www.zippo.com and following appropriate links and filling out required sweepstakes information. Limit one entry per person. Illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Any expense you incur in connection with Sweepstakes participation is your sole responsibility. No submissions will be returned. Drawing: The Sweepstakes winner (the "Winner") will be selected by Sponsor, whose decisions are final, in a random drawing on or about Thursday, May 1 2008 from among all eligible entries submitted and received. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email (Sponsor reserves the right to determine notification method). Winner must claim prize within three (3) business days of prize notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be asked to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, Publicity Release. Failure to return these documents as specified therein will result in disqualification. If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, Winner will be disqualified. The age of majority varies by state. If applicable, a prize won by a minor may be awarded in the name of the minor's parent/legal guardian, or in the name of their parent/legal guardian on their behalf, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to ship prizes directly to the mailing address provided by Winner upon Sweepstakes entry. If Winner is disqualified, deemed to be ineligible or cannot accept a prize as stated pursuant to these Official Rules, prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Prize/Odds: Prize consists solely of: Four (4) tickets to Hard Rock Park in Myrtle Beach South Carolina for the Grand Opening on June 2, 2008 - June 3, 2008and two (2) tixx to see concert performances on those two (2) nights (ARV: $250). A Hard Rock Park Prize Pack ($ARV:$150) Roundtrip coach airfare and hotel accommodations for 3 nights at a hotel determined by the Sponsor. (ARV: $1500) Winner is responsible for any and all taxes that may become payable by Winner based on the approximate retail value of Winner's prize. Any and all expenses and/or terms not specifically described as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
