How do I send my BLU Lighter for repair?

No. There are no user serviceable parts inside....

Do not attempt to remove insert....



I added fuel but my BLU lighter still won't light?

Make sure there is more than 1/8” of fuel visible....



How often do I need to fill my BLU Lighter?

Fueling frequency varies with usage, but one filling will last for approximately 300 to 400 hundred lights....



What makes my BLU Lighter spark?

A patented flint-wheel technology developed especially for this lighter....



How do I install a new flint in my BLU Lighter?

Do not attempt to remove the inside unit....



How often do I need to replace the flint in my BLU Lighter?

Flint should be replaced when it no longer creates a spark....



Why can't I remove the inside part of my BLU Lighter?

The inside unit was designed to be removed only by Zippo authorized repair personnel....



Is there a date code on the bottom of the BLU Lighter?

Yes. There will be a date code on the lighter bottom, just like our traditional windproof lighters....



My flint wheel cartridge is wobbly. Is something wrong?

The flint wheel cartridge was designed to move up and down. This movement is normal....



What is vapor lock? How can I fix it?

Vapor lock occurs when air gets inside the sealed fuel chamber of the lighter....
