We make every attempt to repair a lighter rather than replace it.

If the lighter is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it with a similar model (if the original model is no longer available).

If we replace your lighter and you wish to have your original lighter returned please contact Consumer Relations within 30 days from the date of receipt of the replacement.

Upon request the original lighter will be returned, unrepaired, for keepsake purposes.
