I added fuel but my BLU lighter still won't light?

  • Make sure there is more than 1/8” of fuel visible through viewing window (the lot numbers visible through the viewing window can serve as a guide)
  • Make sure no vapor lock has occurred in fuel tank See “What is vapor lock?” below
  • Make sure there is a flint in the flint wheel cartridge
  • Make sure the flint wheel cartridge is inserted properly. See “How do I install a new flint in my BLU Lighter?” below
  • Make sure the screw is securely tightened on the flint wheel cartridge
  • Follow operating instructions
