If you fill the plastic filling cup to the lower line, the hand warmer will keep heat up to 6 hours. If you fill the plastic filling cup to the upper line, the hand warmer will keep heat up to 12 hours. Please be advised the heat time will vary. It may last a little less or more than advised.
