How do I send my MPL for repair if I live in the U.S.A?

 

ZIPPO MPL, MINI-MPL & OUTDOOR UTILITY (OUL) LIGHTERS

  • There is a $5.00 shipping and handling charge for the processing of repairs for Utility Lighters
  • Package lighter securely in an oversized box or padded shipping bag (large packages are less likely to be lost or misplaced in transit.)
  • Include your name, address, telephone number and email address on a note inside the package.
  • Include a check for the $5.00 shipping and handling charge.
  • Insure your package, send via a trackable method, shipping charges paid, to:

  • When we receive your utility lighter it will be promptly repaired or replaced.
  • Our Repair Department performs excellent repairs at no charge. Please do not attempt to perform repairs yourself, as it could damage the product beyond repair.
  • Do not affix materials to the lighter as they could damage the finish. Examples include:
    • Address labels or tape
    • Rubber bands
    • Safety or straight pins

Zippo will send you an acknowledgment of our receipt of your repair, if you include your email address.

Note:
These instructions do not apply to the Zippo Windproof lighters, or the BLU Lighter which are completely different.
